UNOC3 / Ocean House
St. Jean Cap Ferrat Nice, France
2025
Developed and created during the United Nations Ocean Conference, this work by Amphora Projects draws inspiration from the Sustainable Development Goals — reimagined in seventeen segments, converging into a single point at its center. The piece speaks to the interconnectedness of every goal, every effort, and every action, reminding us that they all flow back to the same source: our shared planet and its most valuable resource.
Exhibited at Ocean House at Plage de Passable during World Oceans Day and the UNOC3 in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, the installation transformed the symbol of the Global Goals into a living continuum. Developed in collaboration with Project Everyone and Project 17, and with guidance from ocean conservation leaders Brad Irwin and Jon Hales, the work mirrors the energy, action, and transformation required to meet our most pressing challenges.
By placing this piece on the Fort Wall of Cap Ferrat, Amphora Projects in collaboration with created a striking dialogue between nature, architecture, and art — a intersection where continuity, connection, and the transformative force of united action become vividly tangible.
This installation underscores the mission of the conference: to protect and restore the ocean as the source of life itself, merging art, advocacy, and the power of collective vision.
