Sagamore Hotel

Presented during Art Basel Miami Beach in conjunction with the bitBASEL and The Sagamore Hotel, this site-specific project displayed across the porte-cochère of the hotel transformed this grand entrance into a meditative, slow-motion study of water, reimagining the architecture of arrival through fluid light and movement captured at 800 frames per second.

Guests were immersed in a luminous rhythm that offered a sense of stillness amid the pace of the surrounding art week.the installation served as a visual threshold where digital and natural worlds found common ground. In partnership with ocean conservation nonprofit Blue Action, the work extended beyond aesthetics, grounding its presence in a deeper environmental message about water’s beauty, fragility, and significance in our shared future.
